Registration Information 

Registration is required to attend the evening session sponsored by the ACHE-SETC & Foundation of the SETC, and the HDEART Consortium.  

 

HDEART-Consortium Workshop Participants:

Registration for the ACHE Session is included in the HDEART-Consortium Registration Fee.  This enables participants to attend all sessions on all days (June 10, 11 and 12).

 

ACHE Session-Only Registration:

ACHE Members                $25

Non-Members                  $35

Students                           $15

Registration includes lunch.
